If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

All sales are final.
All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
Returns
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. We ensure that all products are high quality and we do check all orders before they are shipped. In the rare circumstances that your item(s) has a manufacturer defect, please contact us or email us within 24 hours upon receiving your item(s).
We do not accept custom-ordered and/or altered product for return or exchange. All items sold as clearance are considered final sale and no returns or exchanges of these items are permitted.
If product arrives to you damaged or defective, please e-mail a photograph of the damaged product and order reference to smt_sys@smtsystems.com within 24 hours upon receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We reserve the right for final decision.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
